This is a performance-based, 1099 commission sales role with a structured path to leadership — perfect for people who want to earn what they’re worth and build a sales career.

Role Summary

You’ll start as a Field Appointment Setter , learning high-level communication and sales skills on the doors.
Perform well → promote quickly into a Sales Closer role where earning potential increases significantly.

All training and support are provided. You’ll be outdoors, active, and working alongside a winning team.

What You’ll Do (Setter Phase)

• Knock assigned residential neighborhoods in Midland/Odessa
• Start professional, face-to-face conversations with homeowners
• Identify interest and set qualified appointments
• Track daily activity and hit performance standards
• Learn real sales skills — communication, confidence, discipline, mindset

You will be outdoors and on your feet. This is active, real-world selling.

 

Fast Path to Closer

At Mio Home, performance beats tenure .

• 3 completed quality sets → eligible to begin closing appointments
• Sales Closers run in-home presentations and close deals
• Top performers advance to Team Lead and Manager

Many reps transition into the Closer role in just weeks when performance and consistency are strong.

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor — 100% Commission — Uncapped Earnings

• Setter commissions: $750–$1,000+ per completed deal
• Closer commissions: $2,000–$7,000+ per deal
• Manager overrides: $3,000–$10,000+ per deal

Strong performers consistently earn $2,000–$5,000+ per week (with higher upside as a closer).

Pay reflects output, not tenure. No caps.
