Description Department Supervisor Warehouse Operations Location: Boerne, TX Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Some after-hours and emergency response required beyond this M-F 8-5 job Join Our Team Lead a High-Performing Operations Team Mannapov is seeking an experienced Department Supervisor to lead multiple warehouse production teams in a fast-paced electronics processing and distribution environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching employees, improving processes, and driving productivity while maintaining exceptional quality standards. As a Department Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, develop team members, and ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on time. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop multiple warehouse production teams. Plan daily staffing and workflow to meet production schedules. Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy. Ensure products are processed according to customer and company quality standards. Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors. Audit work in progress and completed work for quality and compliance. Partner with Operations and IT to resolve system issues and improve processes. Analyze production reports and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development plans. Address attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters when necessary. Ensure all safety policies and operational procedures are followed. Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed. Prepare weekly operational reports for executive leadership. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience managing teams in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and leadership experience. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Experience improving productivity, quality, and operational performance. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems is preferred. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound business decisions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Physical Requirements Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Occasionally climb ladders. Work in a warehouse environment while maintaining safety standards. Schedule Full-time Occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require. Limited overnight travel may be required.
