About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its French subsidiary, a pivotal role that involves leading a team of around forty employees. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the transformation of the commercial model to a more consultative and solution-oriented approach, enhancing the subsidiary's management and economic performance, and aligning the business with the group's standards and ambitions. This leadership position demands a hands-on, visible leader with a strong focus on growth, execution, and results, who can foster a culture of accountability, autonomy, and high standards within the team. Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a higher education degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and a proven track record in general management or business unit leadership with full P&L responsibility. Experience in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, or industrial performance solutions is essential, as is a deep understanding of the technical environments and client expectations in this sector. The role requires a leader with a strong background in commercial transformation, particularly in shifting to a consultative, value-creation-led model, and an entrepreneurial leadership style that emphasizes empowerment, coaching, and a clear, unifying communication approach. Fluency in English is also a necessary qualification for this role.
