RN / Registered NurseSpecialty: Float, Med Surg, Step DownLocation: Pontiac, MIDuration: 13 Weeks ContractShift: NightsShift Notes: 36 Hour GuaranteeResponsibilities:Establishes a therapeutic relationship and creates a detailed plan of care with the patient and family, mutually determining the aspects of care which are most important.Evaluates the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote optimum achievement of established goals. Initiates and maintains open communication with other members of the team to assure that the patient and family receive the full scope of interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care.Communicates with patients, families, subordinate staff and peers to ensure that plans and associated interventions are understood, operationalized and revised, as appropriate.Travelers Can expect 10-20 hours worth of HealthStream and Cerner Modules to complete prior to start. They will be paid $300 on week one of their assignment if modules are completed prior to start.Submission Requirements:2+ Years of Experience - RequiredTravel - RequiredOkay with Floating - RequiredHealth System-Wide Profile Standards:References NOT required.A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler’s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.Certification Requirements:BLS (AHA)
