Compensation Sign‑On Bonus Options up to $20k $5/hr 24/7 allowance in addition to base hourly wage Exemption Wage: Non‑Exempt Starting Wage $25.78/hourly (Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience) Responsibilities Assigned direct patient care for a variety of patients within a defined unit/area Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and handle constantly changing situations Demonstrate the ability to interact with a variety of people, manage stressful situations, and handle conflict Perform all job duties or tasks as assigned Follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency Comply with Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current state Licensed Practical Nurse licensure within the state of practice BLS certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
