Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM Wed 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thur 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner and report observations according to Allied Universal and location guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or policy violations. Document daily activities, resident interactions, maintenance‑related concerns, and incident details in written reports and/or electronic systems as directed by site procedures. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
