Experienced Auto Body Estimator

Job Summary This ad is for an EXPERIENCED Service Advisor / Estimator ONLY and is not an entry level position. Required Qualifications A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred Excellent customer service/sales background Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude You must have a valid California Driver’s License, be able to pass background check & drug screen prior to hire, and receive approval from our insurance partners during your employment. Benefits Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
