Store employees maintain well-stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. They drive sales, maintain store operations, and foster a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Responsibilities Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling and loss prevention procedures to keep store operations running smoothly. Process Orientation & Safety – Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to company safety policies, using PPE as required. Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and tools; assist customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and lights where appropriate. Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. Qualifications Minimum Age: 18 years old to apply. Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Flexible Schedule: Full-time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Preferred / Extra Mile If You Have Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail. Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
