Leasing Agent
The Medve Group, Inc is seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to our established community, Arts at Park Place. I deal candidates will act as the company representative conveying the benefits of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents
- Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork
- Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves
- Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations
- Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities, such as newsletters, parties, etc.
- Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community
