At TheraDynamics, our home health PTs enjoy true schedule flexibility, competitive per-visit or hourly rates, and the autonomy that comes with being a trusted clinician in the community.Benefits at Theradynamics include:Speech Language Pathologist Duties and Responsibilities:Assumes responsibility for the screening, evaluation, and treatment of facility patients/residents needing Speech-Language Pathology servicesImplements treatment plan through direct treatment, education of treatment staff and supervision of Speech-Language Pathology staffMaintains accurate billing information in accordance with facility procedures on a daily basisWhen appropriate, you may be asked to act as a clinical instructor to SLP students who are engaged in their clinical residenciesSpeech Language Pathologist Job Requirements:Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Speech and Language PathologyCurrent and valid NY state licenseExcellent oral and written communication skillsComputer literatePhysical Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:Provide preventive services allowing individuals to stay in their homes and out of nursing home care.Identify and meet patients' goals and needsOffer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobilityReduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgeryDevelop care plans using a variety of treatment techniquesCreate fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needsProvide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventionsMotivate patients during treatment to help them function optimallyPromote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordinationConsult and practice with other health professionalsEvaluate effects and monitor and communicate progressDocument patient care servicesPhysical Therapist Job Requirements:Valid NY State PT LicenseMaster's degree from an accredited physical therapy schoolCPR Certification (Preferred)Good organization skillsGood written skillsOccupational Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:Providing skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with Physician ordersAssessing patient needs, planning for, evaluating, and modifying care to meet goals of Occupational Therapy InterventionsCollaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patientInstructing patient/family/caregivers on patient's total Occupational Therapy programAdvising, consulting, and instructing members of the multi-disciplinary team in specific occupational therapy modalitiesObserving and reporting patient progress and/or changes in patient status to Physician and appropriate multi-disciplinary team membersOther duties as assignedOccupational Therapist Job Requirements:Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy schoolGood organizational skillsGood written skillsValid New York State Occupational Therapy License*** All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type*** Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors*** Rate is on a per visit basis - Full time options available (Rates discussed in person)
