Spero Solutions — Irving, TX (On-site, Full-time) Spero Solutions is a Native American-owned professional services and staff augmentation firm serving Federal agencies and government clients. We're growing fast, and we need a proven hunter to open new doors and win new business. The Opportunity This is a true hunter role. You'll identify, prospect, and win new logos: Federal Prime Integrators, agency clients, and government accounts that don't yet do business with Spero. You'll build relationships from scratch with hiring managers, program leads, and decision-makers, negotiate new agreements, and turn them into staffed, revenue-generating business. If you love the chase, building a book from zero, and closing deals that didn't exist before you showed up, this is your seat. What You\'ll Do Identify and prospect net-new Federal Prime and agency accounts Build relationships from scratch with hiring managers, program leads, and decision-makers Negotiate and close new agreements (MSAs, PSAs, Subcontractor Agreements) Convert new agreements into active, staffed requisitions Partner with recruiters to deliver on every new placement Own your pipeline and hit new-logo, submittal, and placement targets What You Bring 3+ years of B2B new-business sales experience in staffing, professional services, or labor solutions A proven track record of hunting and closing net-new accounts, not just managing existing ones Comfort with cold outreach, prospecting, and full-cycle sales Experience managing or directing recruiters through the full delivery process A self-starter mindset: you build your own book, you don\'t wait for leads Bachelor\'s degree preferred; military experience welcome Federal industry experience, an active security clearance, or familiarity with GovWin/Deltek are all pluses, but none are required.
