We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support business analysis initiatives by gathering information, evaluating processes, and helping translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to data-informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational data.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Support the development and maintenance of business and functional documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help evaluate potential solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and track project progress.
- Assist with testing, issue tracking, and validating that solutions meet business needs.
