Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

oin our established pain management practice as a Nurse Practitioner. We are seeking a dedicated professional with at least 2 years of experience to provide comprehensive pain management services as part of our team of 3 providers.

Qualifications

Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
Master's degree or higher in Nursing
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (pain management experience preferred)
DEA certification and controlled substance prescribing authority
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and therapies according to state regulations
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
Document patient care thoroughly and accurately
Provide patient education regarding pain management strategies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Four-day workweek options may be considered for the right candidate

Supervision

Autonomous practice for NPs with 2+ years of experience
Physician supervision available for NPs with less than 2 years of experience

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary based on experience:
$125,000 annually for NPs with 2+ years of experience
$170,000 annually for Senior Pain Management NPs
Flexible compensation structure (hourly or salary options available)
