Lead HVAC Technician

Location: Thornwood, NY
Pay: Competitive Pay (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours guaranteed)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join a growing residential team. This role is hands-on and includes leading installation and service projects, supporting junior technicians, and delivering high-quality work to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and service projects from start to finish
• Ensure all work meets safety and code requirements
• Train and support junior technicians in the field
• Communicate with customers and ensure a positive experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues
• Maintain accurate records and manage tools and materials
• Support team growth and development
• Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation and service experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, installs, and best practices
• Valid driver’s license
