Your Role

As a  Senior Software Engineer (L4)- Fullstack, your mission is to design and develop cloud-native applications that seamlessly integrate frontend and backend technologies to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-centric solutions. You’ll work across the entire stack to build responsive interfaces and robust APIs, ensuring high performance and an exceptional user experience.

In this role, you will leverage modern frontend and backend frameworks alongside Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to solve diverse business challenges. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and support clients across industries, gaining broad technical exposure and continuously enhancing your skill set in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across the full project lifecycle — from discovery, architecture definition, and solution design through implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Architect and design cloud-native solutions on GCP, including application modernization, microservices design, serverless architectures, and GenAI-powered feature development.

• Own end-to-end full-stack development, setting patterns and standards for both backend services and frontend interfaces across the engagement.

• Design and implement AI-integrated agentic workflows that combine enterprise data sources with large language models and cloud-native services.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer stakeholders, clearly articulating architectural decisions, trade-offs, and technical progress to engineers, project managers, and executives.

• Translate complex technical requirements into well-structured implementation plans and guide junior engineers in their execution.

• Conduct and contribute to technical design reviews, architecture assessments, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

• Manage your technical scope across 1–2 concurrent customer engagements, balancing depth of delivery with cross-project awareness.

• Proactively identify risks, surface blockers, and communicate mitigation strategies to stakeholders in a timely and structured manner.

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, reusable frameworks, and best practice documentation that elevate the broader engineering team.

Expectations

• Required Travel: Limited (<5%) travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events.

• Customer Facing: You will engage with customers regularly and with a higher degree of ownership at L4. Expect frequent interactions with senior engineers, technical leads, architects, and executive stakeholders. You will be expected to lead technical conversations, present architecture recommendations, and build trusted advisor relationships with customer teams.

• Technical Leadership: Beyond individual contribution, you are expected to guide technical direction on your engagements, mentor L3 engineers, and ensure consistent quality and standards across deliverables.

• Onboarding/Training: The first several weeks are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials, assignments, compliance training, and meetings with relevant individuals. Details are shared closer to the start date.

Job Requirements

Required Credentials

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on full-stack and cloud-native architecture.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven applications, agentic workflows, or LLM-based solutions in production environments.

Required Qualifications

This role requires deep full-stack proficiency combined with strong cloud-native architectural capabilities. Candidates must demonstrate advanced expertise in at least one backend technology and at least one frontend technology from the lists below and must be comfortable operating across the full stack when needed.

• 8+ years of experience in C# development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

• Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .Net Core

• Familiarity with frontend web technologies, particularly React and Angular.

• Solid understanding of database systems & storage (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, developer-friendly REST APIs using OpenAPI (Swagger) specifications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Exposure to full-stack development, from setting up application and database server infrastructure to developing and implementing application code.

• Experience in writing automated tests, including unit, integration, and acceptance tests

• Experience with cloud platforms especially GCP 

• Experience working with and diagnosing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions, Bamboo, Jenkins, Harness, or GCP Cloud Build)

Useful Qualifications

• Experience in the upgrade of in-scope applications from .NET Framework to .NET 8. 

• Expertise in development with few of the following languages: Python, Go, Node.js, Java (optional) 

• Experience in using any message queue, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Experience in writing GraphQL interfaced services

• Experience in working with authentication and authorization

• Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform — in particular serverless (Cloud Functions), containers (Cloud Run), and Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Experience implementing agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

• Deep understanding of RAG architectures, embedding strategies, vector databases and LLM evaluation frameworks.

• Experience with Vertex AI, including model deployment, fine-tuning, or AI pipelines on GCP.

• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Vertex AI Vector Search, Pinecone), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
