Category Manager Customer Insights & AnalyticsLand O Lakes is looking for an analytically minded storyteller to join its Customer Insights & Analytics team. This role is based in Arden Hills, MN and requires hybrid attendance in the office Tuesday through Thursday.This position is responsible for driving Butter, Cheese, and Refrigerated Desserts Category Management efforts for ADUSA, Publix and HEB:Engagement with key internal and external stakeholders and customersConnecting with peers and cross functional teams to ensure alignment of tactics and strategies.Leveraging a broad suite of tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Tailoring of national selling materials and presenting to key customers via the Field Sales TeamProviding project based analytical support to National Category Managers, including reporting, trend analysis, and special project work.The candidate must possess sound business judgment, excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, able to juggle multiple conflicting priorities, and demonstrate experience in the following areas: customer presentations, omni channel analytics, assortment analysis, negotiation, pricing strategy, sales, and building productive relationships.Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited college or university or equivalent work experience7 or more years of experience in Category Management, Insights or Sales within the CPG industry5 plus years of experience analyzing and interpreting data and story tellingProficiency with syndicated data sources including POS, loyalty card, and ad tracking (IRI Unify, Nielsen, Numerator, etc)Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel and PowerPointPreferred qualifications:Category management experience in the Food and Beverage CPG spaceExperience working in commodity categoriesCategory Management CertificationExperience with ADUSA, Publix, or HEBSalary range: $93,360 - $140,040 (in most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges) About Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
