Responsibilities: Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Attend to customers upon entrance to the restaurant Present menus and be knowledgeable of menu contents, recipes, and restaurant offerings Verify guests' identification to ensure they meet age requirements for alcohol consumption Have basic knowledge of menu prices, composition of items, preparation techniques, and time of preparation.
