One of the companies that I recruit for is looking for a Virtual Intervention Specialist. This is a remote work-from-home part-time, flexible hours position with a rate of $30/hour W2. You will pick the days and hours that you want to work. Responsibilities include supporting students with an Individualized Education Program, working cooperatively with classroom teachers, interpreting the abilities and disabilities of students, assisting in classroom intervention strategies, modifying general education curricular, conducting diagnostic assessments, conducting functional behavior assessments, writing and implementing behavior improvement plans, facilitating IEP meetings, and writing IEP goals and objectives to meet student and state achievement goals.

Required: Teaching license, Intervention Specialist license preferred, high quality written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization and time management skills, ability to work independently and contribute to a team, ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
