We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Center of Excellence (CoE), an internal creative powerhouse that supports marketing initiatives worldwide.

In this role, you'll serve as the central coordination hub for all incoming marketing requests, ensuring seamless project management and ontime delivery. You'll also drive process and operational excellence by managing direct mailings, optimizing marketing automation workflows, maintaining digital assets, and leveraging tools and data to enhance marketing performance. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, you'll ensure alignment, efficiency, and the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

How You Create Impact

• Serve as the primary intake owner for marketing requests (content creation, design, videos, presentations, webinars, digital assets, etc.), ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with CoE processes.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing projects from briefing through delivery, allocating resources and tracking progress to ensure timely, high?quality outcomes.
• Partner closely with business units, verticals, and marketing teams to understand needs, maintain alignment, and ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, including direct mailings, customer email journeys, and campaign execution.
• Maintain and organize digital assets to ensure consistent and easy access for key teams.
• Leverage and test marketing tools to enhance performance, including A/B testing, campaign optimization, and reporting dashboards.
• Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies and industry trends, while continuously improving workflows and processes and ensuring the adoption of best practices to enhance efficiency and impact.

What We Would Like You To Bring

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing-focused project management.
• Strong project management capabilities, highly organized and detailed-oriented, able to coordinate multiple initiatives across teams and time zones.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Click, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM platforms.
• Data?driven mindset with experience using dashboards, reporting tools, and optimization techniques.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly turn challenges into solutions.
• Adaptable and resilient under pressure, responding quickly to shifting priorities and evolving technologies.
• Logistics industry knowledge is highly beneficial, but not required.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
