We are seeking a Medical Assistant Clinical Part Time 3 -4 Days A Week. to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Escort patient to room, perform triage, vitals, phlebotomy, injections, EKG's and assist in wellness exams.
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff and coordinate care with specialty offices, pharmacies, diagnostic office and patients.
- Escort patients to exam rooms, make follow up appointments and coordinate patients next steps for treatment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in Family medicine, Internal Medicine or Urgent Care.
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures and Quest lab tests.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and get along with others.
