Addiction Treatment Provider (PA or Nurse Practitioner)

2nd Chance Clinic in Somerset, KY is an addiction treatment center serving adults in the greater central Kentucky area. We are currently seeking an experienced, ethical, self‑motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP and PA) to become part of our team. All PA/NPs are hired as employees. A complete background check will be required for all new hires. Looking for someone one day a week with potential to build practice to five days a week. Responsibilities This position will require providers to demonstrate their education, experience, and the requisite knowledge and skills to provide prevention, screening, intervention, and treatment for substance use and addiction.
