Job Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager I to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing daily clinical operations within the unit. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care.


- Coordinate and manage daily clinical activities to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies.


- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.


- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.


- Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and professional development of nursing personnel.


- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and hospital protocols.


- Facilitate effective communication between nursing staff, patients, and families.


- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the nursing unit.

Work Experience

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.


- Proven clinical nursing experience with prior leadership or management roles preferred.

- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.


- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
