Role Overview *NEW SALE — EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A HIGH-IMPACT POSITION* Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 to lead high volume retail operations for our food team at HMH Jersey Shore Medical Center l located in Neptune City, New Jersey . Jersey Shore Medical Center operates with approximately 700 beds, serving as a major regional academic medical center. Specific recent data indicates it has 628 staffed beds and includes an 88-bed children's hospital (K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital). What You'll Do Ensure a zero-harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees. Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation, including branded concepts, ensuring employees have appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources. Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies. Maintains client satisfaction with food quality & customer service. Accountable for delivering service quality by maintaining the highest standards. Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers.
