Pixartprinting is currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Web Design team. If you are passionate about design, have a keen eye for detail, and are ready to contribute to innovative web projects, we would love to hear from you! You are the ideal candidate if you're ready to take on the following responsibilities: Be able to study and develop both low and high-quality wireframes You will be in charge of developing amazing customer experiences, starting from the definition of the entire architecture of the user journey to the interaction at every touchpoint You will translate ideas in usable design solutions You will support the team on UX research processes, User Testing and A/B test proposals. Requisiti ESSENTIALS: At least 3-4 years of experience. Advanced knowledge of UCD and Visual Design Principles Strong knowledge of Figma Able to produce a full set of deliverables as user flows, customer journey, wireframes, prototypes, etc. Supporting your ideas and proposals with strong processes and documentations Good knowledge of UX fundamentals Experience of design mobile 1 applications and websites Strong portfolio with real case histories Ability to work in a fast-paced and multilingual environment Ability to work in a heterogeneous Agile-driven team Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (B2 Level required) PREFERRED: Experience on create and manage a Design System Basic Knowledge of UX writing Knowledge of Adobe Suite Knowledge of A/B test platforms is a plus HTML/CSS basic knowledge is a plus Why Should You Apply?
