Job Opportunity Position Overview We are currently seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team for a night shift position. This role requires specialized skills in critical care and management of diverse patient needs in a high-acuity setting. Shift Details
- Type: Night Shift (3 x 12-Hour Rotations)
- Hours: 19:00 - 07:30
- Start Dates: 8/17, 8/31, 9/21
- No block schedules; minimum of 5 days or less of requested time off (RTO).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCU/ICU settings.
- Open-heart experience and recovery of fresh surgery patients are required.
- Preferred experience with specific devices such as Balloon and Impella.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NIHSS preferred.
- Charting system experience: Epic is required.
- Management of arterial lines and central venous pressure monitoring.
- Ability to assist with chest tube insertion and removal.
- Management of ventilated patients and blood product administration.
- Experience in caring for patients with chronic and acute renal failure.
- Strong skills in monitoring and interpreting EKGs and ABGs.
- Proficient in the management of multi-system organ dysfunction/failure.
- Experienced in cardiac surgery care, including Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) patients.
- Ability to manage IV insulin protocols and procedural sedation.
- 32-bed acuity-adaptable, mixed ICU.
- Staffing ratio: 1:2 for ICU (1:1 for certain devices).
- Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, respiratory services, phlebotomy, and rapid response teams.

- Post-operative care for cardiac and neurosurgery patients
