Title: Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech) (Contract) Pay Rate: $70 - $90 Duration: 4–5 Month Assignment Hours: Full-Time Start Date: TBD Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week) SummaryProduct Manage rWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech) to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of a modern marketing technology ecosystem. In this role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Growth Marketing, Data Science, and Product teams to build scalable platforms that power customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives . The ideal candidate has experience managing marketing technology products, driving cross-functional roadmaps, and leveraging data to improve campaign performance. This individual is equally comfortable defining product strategy, collaborating with engineering teams, and translating business needs into technical solutions that support marketing at scal What You'll Do Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for marketing technology platforms and internal marketing to ols Partner with Engineering to prioritize features, define technical requirements, and deliver scalable solutions using Agile methodolog ies Collaborate with Growth Marketing to improve campaign execution across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, landing pages, and other customer engagement chann els Develop and optimize marketing technology capabilities that support customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiati ves Analyze product performance and campaign effectiveness using SQL, analytics platforms, and experimentation framewo rks Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and customer engagem ent Support the development of marketing automation capabilities and customer journey orchestrat ion Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Operations to prioritize enhancements and deliver business va lue Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven capabilit ies Incorporate machine learning insights and predictive signals into customer engagement strategies where appropri ate Conduct product reviews, communicate roadmap progress, and provide executive-level updates to leaders hip Manage stakeholder requests while balancing short-term priorities with long-term product strat egy What You Bring ring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, or a related field (or equivalent experie nce 4+ years of product management experience, preferably supporting marketing technology platforms or internal business sys tems Experience building or managing marketing technology solutions supporting email, SMS, push notifications, landing pages, marketing automation, or customer engagement platf orms Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, customer lifecycle management, and campaign measure ment Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Iterable, Segment, or similar technolo gies Experience analyzing data using SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, or comparable analytics platf orms Familiarity with experimentation methodologies including A/B testing, attribution modeling, hypothesis testing, and statistical anal ysis Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar warehouse technolo gies Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipel ines Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira or A sana Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical t eams Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execu tion Bonus Points If You Have Experience incorporating AI or machine learning into marketing technology plat forms Have Experience building customer journey orchestration or personalization capabil ities Have Experience supporting high-volume marketing communications at enterprise scale Have Experience optimizing customer acquisition costs and marketing effic iency Have Experience working in healthcare, consumer technology, SaaS, or subscription-based busin esses TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
