Per Visit Pay: $20 - $26 / per visit

Maxim Healthcare in La Junta, CO is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with adult patients in their own homes.

Full-time, flexible part-time, and PRN available for: La Junta, Ordway, Las Animas, and Lamar areas.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
