Senior Director Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will own the product vision and roadmap for a consumer engagement-focused portfolio, ensuring it aligns with broader organizational goals and delivers measurable business impact. The role will partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to shape innovative software solutions and guide products through the full lifecycle. In addition, this leader will mentor a high-performing product organization while serving as a strong voice for the customer and the market. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $191,000 – $230,000 annually Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a product management team to foster a collaborative culture. Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to continuous improvement after launch. Measure key product metrics to evaluate success and guide future strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing. Act as the customer voice and an industry thought leader. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership. Deep understanding of the consumer engagement market. Expertise in closing quality measure and risk-related gaps. Proven success in launching software products.
