The County of Riverside Fire Department seeks an IT User Support Technician - Level III assigned to the Fire Protection - Forest division, located at the Perris Administration Building. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and provide solutions to software, hardware and remote system connection issues while supporting multiple sites. Candidates should have four years of journey-level IT Help Desk/Service Desk experience, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory; must #J-18808-Ljbffr County of Riverside
