Location: Country Inn & Suites - Atlanta, GA Job Summary: The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift. This includes balancing daily financial transactions, running end-of-day reports, assisting guests with late check-ins or early check-outs, and ensuring the safety and security of the property during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with a strong focus on guest service. Key Responsibilities:

This includes balancing daily financial transactions, running end-of-day reports, assisting guests with late check-ins or early check-outs, and ensuring the safety and security of the property during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with a strong focus on guest service. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit of hotel revenue and reconcile daily financial activity.
- Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports for management and accounting.
- Check guests in and out, process reservations, and handle guest inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor lobby and public areas to ensure safety and cleanliness during overnight hours.
- Verify and balance charges, payments, and room rates in the property management system (PMS).
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and deposits accurately.
- Ensure all front desk tasks are completed, including setting up the next day's reports, wake-up calls, and communication logs.
- Respond to emergency situations and follow hotel safety and security procedures.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams regarding any issues that arise overnight.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting background preferred.
- Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., OPERA, OnQ, Cloudbeds, etc.).
- Strong math and computer skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
