Geriatric Medicine Physician

Providence PACE is seeking a full-time physician to join our Portland, Oregon team. This is an excellent opportunity for a primary care provider who values team-based care and has strong interest or experience in geriatrics and palliative care. You will join an established, interdisciplinary program that provides older adults with comprehensive whole-person care, including medical, behavioral health, therapeutic, and recreational services. Our PACE program focuses on keeping older adults active and fostering independence. Some visits will be in outpatient primary care clinics, but many visits will be in private residences, assisted living facilities, adult care homes, skilled nursing facilities, and other community-based settings.
