Cash Posting & Self-Pay Credit Balance Specialist

Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a Payment Poster / Self-Pay Credit Balance Specialist to ensure accurate posting, balancing, and reconciliation of payments from Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers. You will support self-pay credit balance resolution and process refunds in accordance with PMH policies and regulations.
Working within the Patient Financial Services team, you will help maintain audit readiness and a positive patient financial experience, while meeting daily cash reconciliation
