Location: Whitewater, WI
Pay: $26.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our team in Whitewater, WI. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project specifications, analyzing drawings and bid documents, and supporting the sales and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong analytical skills, construction or manufacturing estimating experience, and a commitment to delivering accurate and competitive proposals.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project bids.
• Review project plans, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and operations personnel.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Assist with project budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within deadlines.

• Previous estimating experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Associate degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
