Job Description
- Hours are M-F 7:45am - 4:45pm with 1 hour lunch break from 12:45pm to 1:45pm
- Experience with Eaglesoft helpful
Job Duties Include:
- Responds to emails, voicemails, text messages, faxes, and any other form of communication
- Sends paperwork link, receives all necessary paperwork, and uploads paperwork to patient files
- Schedules, reschedules, cancels, and makes sure all appointments are confirmed
- Checks insurance eligibility and benefits
- Keeps patient files private assuring HIPAA compliance
- Takes payments and reconciles patient accounts
- Answers phones and checks patients in
