The City of Hapeville is accepting applications for the position of Firefighter EMT-I or A.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responds to emergency calls for fire suppression
- Responds to medical calls and transport
- Responds to Hazardous material incidents
- Operates, drive, utilizes and/or maintains various firefighting and medical equipment
- Operate a personal computer or other equipment as necessary to complete essential functions
- Makes periodic public presentations
- Fire safety training; develops, plans and participates in Fire prevention/safety
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. State of Georgia Basic Firefighter Certification. EMT-I or A in the State of Georgia and Basic Life Support certification. Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license.
