Registered Nurse RN Float Pool CC

As a float pool RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for a diverse population of patients, collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver evidence-based, safe, and effective care. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments, monitoring complex patient conditions and hemodynamic status, interpreting telemetry and diagnostic data, responding to emergencies and rapid changes in patient status, and serving as a resource nurse where needed. You will document accurately in the electronic health record, follow all regulatory and hospital policies, and actively contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Because this role supports multiple critical care and high-acuity units, you must be comfortable adapting quickly to different clinical environments, workflows, and patient populations, while demonstrating strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism.
