What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Drive-Thru Team Member, you’ll help create the exceptional Chick-fil-A experience our guests know and love by providing fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude


• Take accurate orders using handheld devices and point-of-sale systems


• Deliver meals safely and efficiently to guests in the drive-thru


• Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume meal periods


• Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a remarkable experience


• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked


• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment


• Represent Chick-fil-A’s commitment to excellence through every guest interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a heart for serving others


• Positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Reliable and punctual


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds


• Weekend availability is a plus
