Job Title: Operations Clerk I (City Launcher)
Location: North Charleston, SC
Work Shift: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Hours: 15 hours/week
Duration: Sep 7, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026
Position Type: Part-Time, Temporary (No visa sponsorship) About the Role:
Be a key player in the market operations of a well known company —the rapidly growing platform changing the way companies feed their teams! As a City Launcher, you’ll lead customer launches, deliver great onsite experiences, and help shape how team meals happen in the workplace. This is an exciting opportunity if you’re passionate about hospitality, tech, and building client relationships. In This Role, You Will:

• Onboard Customers: Launch new clients on the platform, address pain points, and ensure an excellent onsite experience during rollout.
• Represent the Brand: Manage quality and performance for client accounts, serving as the local face of the company.
• Gather & Communicate Feedback: Collect client feedback, troubleshoot problems, and clearly relay issues to relevant teams.
• Travel Locally: Visit a different customer site within your city each day.

About You:

• Based in South Carolina and willing to travel locally daily.
• Humble hustler—no task is too small, you learn by doing.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner who’s coachable on technology and internal tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and DoorDash platforms).
• Able to communicate complex or detailed issues clearly and solve problems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Passionate about people, relationship-building, and supporting clients with empathy.
• Prior experience in operations management, support, customer service/interviews, or sales, preferably in hospitality.

• Contract Position
• Local travel required; not a remote position.
• Laptop provided.

• Part-time hours (15/week); role starts at $25/hr.
