We are looking for a Soft Services Supervisor to join the team of JLL located at the facilities of our client, a renowned multinational company:

Work Zone: Gurabo

Work Schedule: Full Time

Purpose of the Position:

This position will support the facility in activities executed by service providers such as "janitorial", "pest control", "waste management", "food services", "landscaping", "security", etc. It will develop and maintain proactive relationships with clients, ensuring that the planned service levels are met. Manage the service providers that perform maintenance and other services; and comply with the safety and hygiene requirements and GMP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluation and coordination of work requests.
• Coordination and follow-up of third-party work in plant (maintenance staff, cleaning, landscaping, etc).
• Develop specifications and provide technical support to procurement management.
• Specification of materials and services. Request for spare parts, loading of purchase requests and invoices.
• Supplier attention (in plant, via mail, telephone).
• Follow-up of purchase orders, reception of materials and claims.
• Manage and respond to service requests, ensuring that work is performed professionally, efficiently and with minimal disruption to the client.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety, environmental and risk management policies and procedures.
• Assist with operational recommendations, such as operating expenses projects and process improvements.
• Interact with external and internal clients with a positive behavior focused on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State Codes and Laws when applicable.
• Attend periodic training seminars on and off-site.
• Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with KPIs and excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and service excellence, making recommendations to carry out site inspections and evaluations to ensure that all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times and the provision of a safe workplace.
• Schedule and manage maintenance activities, minor works and other work requests, following up until completion.
• Provide information and direction to suppliers, facility staff and other service providers, as necessary, to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal interruptions.
• Actively support a team work environment, cooperation, excellence in performance and personal success.
• Act as an ambassador for JLL, adopting and maintaining the company's core values: teamwork, ethics and excellence.

Requirements:

• + 5 years of experience in the area of Facility Management (desirable)
• Management of service providers
• Intermediate level of English (oral and written)
