Roofing Project Manager

Salty Dog Roofing and Siding is a growing roofing company specializing in residential and multi-family roofing and siding. We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service. What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance bonuses • Company vehicle and gas card • Paid time off • Career advancement opportunities • Consistent year-round work • Supportive team environment Responsibilities: • Inspect completed and in-progress roofing installations for quality and compliance • Communicate with homeowners and subcontractors • Verify materials, workmanship, and installation methods meet company standards • Document inspections with photos and written reports • Perform job site inspections and ensure quality standards • Order materials and manage deliveries • Track project progress and maintain job documentation • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Handle customer questions and provide project updates Qualifications: • Experience in roofing and/or construction • Strong work ethic • Strong communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects at once • Knowledge of residential roofing systems and siding systems • Valid driver’s license • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs when necessary Compensation: $60,000+
