American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position in Wellington, FL, requiring a minimum of 2 years of IR experience, Neuro Stroke experience, and Cerner proficiency.

Job Details

• Interventional Radiology (IR) unit within a hospital setting,
• Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (8-hour shifts), 40 hours per week,
• On-call required for 2 weekends and 15 shifts during the contract,
• Cerner EMR experience required,
• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active FL or Compact RN license, free of any disciplinary actions or pending issues,
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA-issued only),
• Minimum 2 years of IR experience in a U.S. hospital setting required; 3+ years preferred,
• Neuro Stroke experience required,
• Cerner EMR experience required,
• U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration,
• Date of birth required for consideration,
• Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the past 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer,

Additional Information

• Delivers patient care in compliance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements,
• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments, including full review of systems, with appropriate documentation,
• Applies knowledge of growth and development across the life span to provide age-appropriate care,
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible,
• Certifications must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) only
