Job Summary
365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations and is seeking safety-focused Class A CDL professionals based in Fayetteville, NC, who want a reliable career with predictable miles, newer equipment, and consistent home time. The company offers 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers both on the road and at home.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
- Pay Structure: 100% paid practical miles.
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days of employment.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes serving the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35).
- Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors; strict no slip‑seating policy.
- Driver Comfort: All tractors equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
- Freight Type: 100% no‑touch freight (drop‑and‑hook).
- Company Policies: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
- Secure terminal parking available at the Fayetteville location.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT medical card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
- Experience — Trainee/Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
