Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures. Experience motivating a team toward a goal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager. Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes. Flexible to work a schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours. Basic computer skills. Physical Requirements and/or Environment Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height with appropriate equipment. Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Knowledgeable in general retail practices needed to keep operations smooth. Team player with energy and enthusiasm to encourage associates. Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate store manager’s game plan. Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
