As a Production Operator, you could be responsible for grinding, polishing, or finishing dies. We’ll lean on you to ensure specifications are met and products are ready to move on to the next step in the process. You’ll learn how to perform a variety of jobs around the plant, you won’t get bored here! It’s an important job at a place you can build a real career. What this work looks like: Set up and run manual grinding machines Polish dies to meet customer specifications Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches Perform and document specified inspection criteria Move parts and paperwork to the next stage of production Skills needed to win: Knowledgeable of manual machines and calibrated instruments used to manufacture and inspect tooling Ability to read and interpret documents including blueprints, sketches, and written specifications Positive and professional attitude Available to work weekends and overtime as necessary Did you know?
