Responsibilities: Meet with qualified homebuyers and understand their needs Conduct buyer consultations and property showings Prepare and negotiate purchase offers and contracts Guide clients from contract to closing Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business Manage client communication and follow-up using our CRM Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams Qualifications: Meet with motivated Spanish-speaking sellers and guide them through the listing process Build strong relationships that lead to signed listings and referrals Manage communication and follow-up using CRM systems and proven sales processes Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through closing Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients Manage your calendar, sales pipeline, and appointments efficiently Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
