Associate Post Masters Mental Health Fellow

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an Associate Post Masters Mental Health Fellow to provide supervised outpatient behavioral health services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Under licensed clinical supervision, you will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and support crisis intervention and safety planning. Fellows document care in the EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and participate in case conferences, trainings, and structured clinical supervision to advance toward independent licensure while upholding ethical and culturally responsive practice.
