Guest Experience Leader, Front Office

BENCHMARK is looking for a Guest Experience & Service Excellence Lead at Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. This role involves overseeing daily Front Office operations, ensuring a welcoming guest experience, and managing a team to deliver excellent service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years in a leadership role within Front Office operations, strong communication skills, and a robust knowledge of Front Office systems.
