Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 36 Beds Number of Staff: 55 employees Type of Staff: - Day Shift: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary - Night Shift: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 2 Techs Patient Ratios: 1:6 Type of Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, SCDs EMR: Meditech Typical Hiring Profile: Most Recruited For: Travel RNs Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with post-operative patients is preferred. - Competence in dressing changes, wound care, and drain management is advantageous. Typical Procedures Performed: - Care of the post-operative patient. - Maintenance of drains. - Wound care.
