Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Travel Required: 25–35%

Compensation: $164,860.80 – $238,992 Annually
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Vice President of Pharmacy Services for an exciting leadership opportunity in Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for pharmacy operations, clinical services, compliance, and expense management across multiple hospitals
- Support division and facility strategic initiatives focused on pharmacy excellence and patient care outcomes
- Build collaborative relationships with executive leadership, physicians, Supply Chain, HealthTrust, and Clinical Services Group (CSG)
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, safety, and medication management
- Oversee operational effectiveness and accountability for pharmacy services across the division
- Lead implementation and standardization of pharmacy initiatives and best practices
- Drive customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement through strong communication and service excellence
- Mentor and develop pharmacy leadership teams to support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy)
- Active Pharmacist License required
- Nevada Pharmacist License required or ability to obtain within required timeframe
- Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience in acute care hospital settings
- Experience managing multi-site pharmacy operations
- Executive-level leadership experience with strong operational and strategic skills
