As an associate product manager, Lobby Innovation, you will be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team responsible for packaged products sold in our coffeehouse lobbies, including Ready-to-Eat, Ready-to-Drink, and packaged At-Home Coffee. This role enables disciplined execution across promotions, categories, and product performance, with a primary day-to-day focus on our Retail North America At-Home Coffee business. You will support promotional readiness, project management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination while helping the team build repeatable ways to evaluate performance and inform future portfolio decisions. We are looking for a candidate who is nimble, proactive, analytical, able to multitask and enjoys problem-solving, with a focus on the customer. Business Management Support and provide recommendations regarding product objectives and strategy (e.g. launch timing, placement, pricing, assortment, and promotional cadence) within our packaged At-Home Coffee category. Assist in researching customer, category, competitive, and operational signals and translates data and insights into logical, compelling recommendations. Represent the Lobby Innovation team in cross-functional forums, including Marketing, Planning, Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Commercialization and At-Home Coffee Support Support the RNA At-Home Coffee commercialization process from concept to launch working closely with cross-functional partners through feasibility, operations, product development, planning and forecasting, and launch-readiness reviews. Provide primary day-to-day execution support for RNA At-Home Coffee, including assortment inputs, product and launch documentation, systems management, and cross-functional communication. Assist in writing and developing product and packaging creative briefs with a lens on customer need-states, category opportunity, operational feasibility, and business potential. Go-To-Market and Promotional Readiness Support delivery of products for each promotional window, including product direction, launch documentation, and inputs into supply chain requirements. Maintain cross-functional workback plans, launch trackers, milestone schedules, decision logs, and recap documents. Support lobby innovation team with readiness tracking, issue escalation, and launch documentation by promotion and category. Manage promotional inputs and multiple reviews for in-store signage and coffeehouse product communications. Performance Management and Execution Enablement Build and maintain standardized KPI templates, reporting inputs, meeting cadences, and team operating routines. Assist in compiling promotional and category performance readouts. Supports monthly performance reviews, seasonal RNA At-Home coffee pipeline reviews, post-promotion recaps and retrospectives. Synthesize inputs across functions into clear status updates, risks, decisions required and recommended next steps. Help capture portfolio learnings to clarify what to scale, what to iterate, what to stop, and what should inform future pipeline development. We'd love to hear from people with: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management, product management, commercialization, or operations. Strong analytical/reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability and willingness to navigate change and ambiguity. Previous experience working in CPG or retail product development preferred. Minimum of 1 year of project leadership experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of progressive analytical experience in product or marketing preferred.
